The refund request must be made within 30 days of your initial purchase. Please note that refund claims made more than 30 days after the purchase date will not be processed unless the transaction involved fraudulent activity.

Once your refund request is approved and processed, it should reflect on your credit card statement within 7 to 10 business days. Following the refund, it is expected that you cease all use and eliminate any downloaded content associated with the refunded quiz game(s).
